Extra Test Report Form
Candidates may request up to two additional TRFs under conditions such as damage or loss. No reason or evidence for loss or damge needs to be submitted by the candidate. Submission for additional TRFs must be made in writing to the center with copy of ID document used on test day. Centers may charge the fee normally levied for an additional TRF service for each copy.
Bank draft/pay order payable to AEO-Pakistan (credit card and cash are not accepted) IELTS TRFs are valid for two years.
