Register online and pay easily using Internet banking, debit/credit cards, Abhi pay, and Kuickpay.

In case you do not prefer to register using the online registration mode, alternatively you may register in person at the nearest AEO Pakistan office. Documents required at the time of registration; original and valid coloured hard or soft copy of CNIC and Passport.

1. Select Test Format: Decide between IELTS on Paper or IELTS on Computer test format.
2. Select Your Test Center: Choose the city where you wish to take the exam from AEO's network of test centers across Pakistan.
3. Choose Your Test Module: Determine the appropriate IELTS module (Academic, General Training, Life Skills, or UKVI) based on your needs. (be extremely careful while choosing the module you wish to take).
4. Complete the Online Application: Provide accurate and complete information in the application form.
5. Submit Your Application: Once the application is filled out, submit it to proceed to payment.

Proceed to pay the test fee via Credit card. (not applicable for IELTS for UKVI & Life Skills -Paper based Exam). Please note that a 3 to 5 % bank charge will apply for credit card payments.

Special Arrangement: (Please contact the US as soon as possible if you have special needs that may require a modified IELTS test version.) Your English language ability will be assessed objectively, regardless of any disability or special needs that you may have. Please note you will need a medical certificate issued within the last two years at registration. If you require a modified test version, please get in touch with us at least three months before your test date. This notice period is necessary for the modified test version to be prepared. Suppose your circumstances require special administrative arrangements to be made, e.g., extra time. In that case, you must contact us with at least six weeks’ notice. You will need to provide a medical certificate issued within the last two years at the time of registration to the office.

Acknowledgment

AEO Pakistan will send you a confirmation email / message with test date and venue details once payment is confirmed.

Note: All correspondence will be made through a registered email address. We strongly recommend you regularly check your email, junk, or spam folder for the test update, please add our email to the safe sender list so it will not go in the Junk or spam folder).

IELTS on Computer (IOC) -Speaking

The IELTS Computer Delivered speaking test is scheduled on the same day before or after your main examination {L/R/W Tests}.

IELTS on Paper (IOP) -Speaking

IELTS on Paper -Speaking test is mostly scheduled up to 07 days prior to until 02 days after your main examination {L/R/W Tests}. Wherein, you get the notification for the listening, reading, and writing section venue, time and date via email the instant you register for the examination, notifications for the speaking section are rolled out by the test center, on your registered email and mobile number, nearly 03 days before the scheduled speaking test date for you.

Candidates can choose their Speaking test date for the IELTS test; however, test centers have the right to change the dates for the Speaking test. You can contact us to change your speaking test date. We are able to help you with availability.

IELTS offers a range of tests, giving you the flexibility to choose the right test for your needs.

Before you book your IELTS test, make sure you visit the relevant government or institutional websites to confirm which test you need to take, as government agencies, institutions and other recognising organisations set their own IELTS entry requirements.

Where you want to study, work or migrate to will affect which test you need to take. If you want to go to the United Kingdom, you may need to take an IELTS for UKVI test. This can either be an IELTS for UKVI Academic, IELTS for UKVI General Training or a Life Skills A1, A2 or B1.

You can pay IELTS test fee by either making a payment through the below online & offline process

Deposit Slip(Please Contact us nearest AEO Pakistan to get a fee voucher. Please share your complete detail, full name, CNIC or Passport number, test date & location)

- Pay the fee in cash at any online Branch of HBL across Pakistan.
- Pay ON-LINE using KUICKPAY/Abi pay ID by EasyPaisa, Jazz Cash, Internet Banking, and Mobile App of all major banks of Pakistan. (Kuick pay unique ID mentioned at the bottom of the deposit slip).
- How to Pay On-Line Using KuickPay ID
- Pay (standard IELTS) fee in cash at our office.

Bank Draft/Pay Order

- By sending/submitting a Bank Draft/Pay Order in favor of AEO Pakistan. (Please write your Full Name, CNIC/ Passport number, Test date, and test type at the back of Pay order/Bank Draft).

- AEO Pakistan’s NTN # is 0815497-0.

Note: The bank drafts/pay orders must be payable to “AEO Pakistan.” We will no longer accept bank drafts/pay orders payable to AEO Islamabad, AEO Karachi, AEO Lahore, or the Australian Education Office.

Please note that providing an authorization/declaration form by the credit cardholder is mandatory. If you do not provide the same, your registration might be cancelled and you might not be allowed to take the test or your result might be cancelled.

What Documents You Need to book IELTS

Once you have decided which IELTS test you need to take and the format you wish to take it in, you are ready to book your IELTS test.

To successfully book your IELTS test, make sure you have a valid form of identification handy. This identification document can be a valid passport, for example.

You will need to upload a clear copy of your identification document to book your IELTS test and bring this documentation on your test day too.

If you are not sure whether the identification document you have is valid, contact your local test center to check.

Please note, if you want to book an IELTS test and are under 18 years of age, you will need to supply written consent by a parent or guardian in order to book your test successfully.

How to Upload CNIC or Passport (Paper based Candidates): -

If you pay via Credit card then your center will check CNIC or Passport you have uploaded and if your document is accepted you will receive an email from no-reply@idp.com confirming your ID document. If, however, the document is not accepted then you will receive an email with a link to upload the ID document.

Please make sure that the uploaded image should be a single image having scanned copies of both the sides of CNIC (in case of CNIC) and the first two pages (containing image, information, and signatures) of the Passport, in case one chooses Passport as ID Document
