AEO is committed to maintain a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability. Our Whistleblower Policy provides a secure and confidential channel for employees, contractors, partners, and stakeholders to report concerns about wrongdoing, misconduct, or unethical behavior.

What Can Be Reported

You are encouraged to report concerns that may include but are not limited to:

  • Fraud, corruption, or bribery
  • Harassment or discrimination
  • Breaches of data protection or confidentiality
  • Unsafe practices or violations of child protection policy
  • Abuse of authority or conflict of interest
  • Any conduct that violates legal obligations or internal policies

Reports can be made confidentially via:

Anonymous reports are accepted; however, providing contact details may help with follow-up and investigation.

Protection of Whistleblowers

AEO prohibits any form of retaliation, discrimination, or disciplinary action against individuals who make reports in good faith. All whistleblower identities will be protected to the extent permitted by law and the need for a fair investigation.

Investigation and Response

All reports will be reviewed promptly and, if necessary, appropriate action will be taken based on the findings.
