- Concerns about test day staff, facilities, or processes
How to Make a Complaint

What Happens Next?
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days
- A thorough investigation will be conducted
- A response will be provided within 10 working days where possible
Complex cases may take longer, but you will be kept informed.
