What You Can Complain About

You can raise a complaint if you experience:

  • Poor service or unprofessional behavior
  • Unfair treatment during exams or counselling
  • Delays, errors, or lack of communication
  • Concerns about test day staff, facilities, or processes

How to Make a Complaint

You can submit a complaint by:
 Email: concerns@aeo.com.pk
 Feedback forms: Available at test venues and offices

Please include your full name, contact details, date, and a clear description of the issue.

What Happens Next?

  • We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days
  • A thorough investigation will be conducted
  • A response will be provided within 10 working days where possible

Complex cases may take longer, but you will be kept informed.
